to offer to the conversation and we have something to offer in technology, design flair and\or elegant systems design, we schedule
more time to gain an understanding of the project.

after we have collect the details pertinent, we reflect those back to you for additional tuning. we do this through verbal,
written and\or graphical means, which ever works best for you and most effective in the process.

turn up. we look for issues (commonly known as bugs), traffic spikes, and evaluate users input for needed changes.

like life, projects tend to be work in progress. new information and new directions, things seems to be always changing.
we provide ongoing support and system evolution as needed.
misunderstandings?
they happen. more often than most people like to admit. not only are the projects a work in progress, but so are we.
if we overlooked something, if we miss the target, if we do not live up to a higher standard, bring it to our attention.
we are always open to correction and will work to correct if we have missed the boat.
